Introduction to initiatives based on resident surveys and suggestion boxes

We are making improvements, providing feedback, and expanding services based on the opinions we receive from everyone.

We will use your feedback for future improvements, and we look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible.

Survey Incentives

Those who complete this survey will receive one of the following three types of incentives. Please select one at the end of the survey.

• Amazon Gift Card
  You will receive a 500 yen Amazon Gift Card.
• Donate to Forest Conservation
  A donation (500 yen) will be made from this community portal to the forest conservation activities of the "more trees" organization.
• Donate to Local Children's Cafeteria
  A donation (500 yen) will be made from this community portal to local children's cafeterias and their support activities.

*Incentives will be distributed 2-3 weeks later.

Eligibility Criteria

The following conditions must all be met to be eligible:

• Currently residing in "wFluffy".
• Registered as a resident member on this wFluffy community portal site and completed the survey.
  

Incentives and Delivery

• Incentives are limited to one per household.
• Incentives are scheduled to be sent sequentially to the email address registered in your member information. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to our circumstances.
