On this community portal site, we have set up a suggestion box to make the community a more comfortable and livable place for residents of Fluffy homes. You can submit your suggestions via the suggestion box form on the portal site. We welcome a wide range of opinions and requests to create a better environment for all residents.
How to Submit to the Suggestion Box
Please submit your suggestions from "Suggestion Box" in the left menu of the portal site.

Suggestions received for improving the facility's operation may be made public. Personal information will not be disclosed when published.
This suggestion box cannot accept urgent contact. For urgent matters, please contact the management company.
Depending on the content of your suggestion, the management company and property owner may contact you individually after confirming the details. If you agree to share your room number and contact information when contact is necessary, please accurately fill in your name, room number, phone number, and email address.
Please note that we may not be able to respond to all inquiries.
Even if you request a response, we may not reply in the following cases:
Insufficient name and contact information
If the intent of your submission cannot be understood
If the relevance to this facility cannot be understood
If the content is slanderous or offensive to public order and morals
In cases of political activities, election campaigns, business activities, or religious activities
If fraud, such as impersonation, is suspected
If the content relates to personal privacy
If the same person repeatedly submits the same content
Other cases where the facility deems it inappropriate to respond
